Avalon Fix is ideal for all work that cannot be stretched into embroidery hoops. Excellent for all creative techniques in machine embroidery without the help of hands, such as textile surface treatment. The fabric is water-soluble, self-adhesive, e.g. for making lace and borders.

Instructions for using Avalon Fix:
Embroidery of delicate fabrics: Cut Avalon Fix to the desired length and stretch the protective film upwards into the embroidery hoop. Carefully cut a diagonal cross in the middle of the protective film with the tip of the scissors. Attention - only cut the protective film, not the fabric. Remove the protective film slightly larger than the motif to be embroidered. Place the fabric on the loose adhesive surface and press well. After embroidering, carefully release the fabric from the fabric - the embroidery will tear itself off the fabric. Dissolve the remaining Avalon Fix in water.
Scarves made of ribbons and wool: Cut Avalon Fix to the desired length from the roll and place the protective film facing up on the table or ironing board. Remove the protective film, the adhesive surface is on top. Place the ribbons and wool as desired on the adhesive surface and press lightly. Cover the fabric with Avalon Film or Avalon Ultra in the same length and embroider the layers with thread mesh. The stitches must be connected together so that the whole does not fall apart after the film dissolves. Finally, wash the scarf with plenty of water.
Embroidery of lace and borders: Stretch Avalon Fix in an embroidery hoop. Cut the protective film as described above and remove it in the desired size. Then glue the finished lace or border in the middle on the loose adhesive surface. Embroider the lace/border with other shapes or other colors. After embroidering, cut off the excess Avalon Fix and wash off the residue.
