PEAN+ Loyalty Program
Join the PEAN+ loyalty program and shop at our online store for better prices! Membership is free and begins automatically upon registration. With your first completed and paid purchase, you move closer to a loyalty discount. We will automatically apply the loyalty discount once your total purchases over the last 6 months reach:
- €500 – 3% discount
- €1,000 – 5% discount
Discount for Tailoring Workshops and Studios
Do you run a tailoring workshop or studio? Email us at info@pean.sk, and we will set up a 5% discount on all purchases, including your first one. To activate this discount, you will need to provide proof of ownership of the tailoring workshop (see the Loyalty Program Rules for details).
Loyalty Program Rules
- Every registered customer is enrolled in the loyalty program upon completing and paying for their first purchase.
- You can view your current discount level by logging into your account.
- Discounts are available only to registered customers. Orders placed as an unregistered or logged-out customer cannot be counted towards the loyalty program, nor can multiple customer accounts be merged. Only paid and received orders qualify. If an order is returned or cancelled, your account status will revert to what it was prior to that purchase.
- Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
- As only paid orders count towards the program, it may take several business days after your last recorded order for a new discount level to be applied to your account.
- Discounts apply only to purchases made in the online store; they cannot be used for purchases in the brick-and-mortar shop.
- A customer discount will be cancelled or reduced if, within the last 6 months, the customer has not made purchases totaling at least €500 (incl. VAT) for the 3% discount tier, or at least €1,000 (incl. VAT) for the 5% discount tier.
- To verify and apply a discount for a tailoring workshop, proof of ownership and business legitimacy is required (e.g., a trade license specifying the business activity). This discount is not a guaranteed right and may be refused by the store without explanation. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
- We reserve the right to modify the terms of the discount or to discontinue the discounts. Furthermore, we reserve the right, in exceptional cases, to withhold the discount without providing a reason.
