Have you purchased a product that stopped working after some time, is not functioning correctly, or has developed a defect? We will process your claim as quickly as possible—and no later than 30 calendar days from the date the claim is received—in accordance with the law.

You may return goods purchased in the online store within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. Online store orders also include purchases made online that you picked up at our brick-and-mortar store.
