How long will the package delivery take?

You can always find the estimated delivery date in the product details. We always strive to process and deliver every order as quickly as possible. Delivery of in-stock items usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

How do I get the package tracking number?

Your package tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once your order has been processed.

How can I pay for the goods?

You can pay for goods in our online store conveniently and securely online via the Shoptet Pay payment gateway.

Is payment in advance safe?

Yes, because we do everything to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Should any issue arise with your order (such as loss or damage), we would provide a refund and compensation for the order.

What do I get by registering?

By registering, you gain access to the e-shop's customer section and membership in the PEAN+ loyalty program.

How do I make a claim for the goods?

Simply notify us of your claim via email at info@pean.sk and send the item in question to our address.

Can I return purchased goods?

You may return goods purchased online within 14 calendar days of receipt. Simply fill out the online return form. Goods purchased in a brick-and-mortar store cannot be returned. If the goods are purchased in connection with your business activities (indicated by the inclusion of a company ID number on the proof of purchase), the right to withdraw from the purchase contract does not apply, as the Commercial Code does not provide for this option.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, please email us at info@pean.sk and we will cancel the order. Please note that orders already handed over to the carrier cannot be cancelled.

Can I modify my order?

Once an order has been submitted, it is no longer possible to modify it, add further items, or merge orders. If the order does not meet your needs and has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we recommend cancelling it.

Do you provide warranty and post-warranty service?

Yes, we are an authorized dealer and provide warranty and post-warranty service for all machines purchased from us.
