Embroidery – for both XE1 and XJ1

Expand your creativity with the ability to perform couching (yarn stitching). The upgrade enhances echo quilting and quilting capabilities and adds a new candlewicking-style font. New features include automatic presser foot lifting and lowering, as well as 2-point positioning—allowing you to rotate designs based on two points selected on the fabric within the hoop. The matrix copy function has been improved (simply enter the hoop size), and you can now designate a specific thread color in a design as "skipped," meaning the machine will bypass that color during embroidery. The upgrade also introduces compatibility with the My Stitch Monitor app, enabling you to check the embroidery status on your smart device—such as whether the design is finished or if the thread has broken.

Sewing and quilting functions – for Stellaire XJ1 only

The upgrade introduces tapering—precise stitching of decorative patterns into corners—along with three new Sashiko-style stitches and expanded compatibility with the dual feed foot.
