A 5-layer patchwork cutting mat suitable for cutting even thicker materials that require greater pressure. This is a lightweight, premium-quality cutting mat. It features a self-healing surface that closes up after a cut is made. The mat is designed primarily for use with rotary cutters and craft knives (scalpels). It features a precise measuring grid designed for both right- and left-handed users. Thanks to its surface quality and 3 mm thickness, the mat is highly durable and helps keep cutting blades sharp for longer. One side features a metric grid (27 x 19 cm), while the other has an imperial grid (10 x 7 inches). When used with a rotary cutter and a ruler, you can easily, quickly, and accurately cut strips and other shapes. Please note that while metric measurements are often clearer—and preferable if you are following patterns from Slovak sources—most international patterns use inches.

Manufacturer's Note: This mat is intended for use only with rotary cutters and craft knives. Other cutters with fixed blades may cause tears or cracks in the mat. Do not roll up the mat; keep it on a firm, flat surface. Do not expose it to direct sunlight, heat sources, or high temperatures, as this may cause warping and reduce the product's lifespan. Avoid repeated cutting in the exact same spot, as this can cut through the mat and lead to tears or cracks at the cut site. The minimal pressure applied during cutting reduces wear and extends the product's service life.
