Super Film Instructions for Use:

Super Film is a heat-dissolvable film suitable for embroidery on both extremely delicate, stretchy fabrics and standard cotton fabrics. It is also particularly well-suited for embroidering badges and logos without a base fabric.

Embroidering badges and logos: Cut the required length of Super Film from the roll and stretch it into the embroidery hoop. Use multiple layers depending on the embroidery structure. For a single layer, the smooth side should face up. For two layers, place the rough sides against each other; for three layers, place the rough side against the smooth side of the second layer. Then, embroider the desired badge or logo. Once embroidered, remove the badge or logo from the Super Film. Melt away any remaining film using an iron or heat press. When ironing, do not leave the iron in one spot; instead, move it over the embroidery in a circular motion. The recommended ironing temperature is setting 2; if necessary, carefully increase it to setting 3. When using a heat press, leave the embroidery in the press for approximately 10–20 seconds at a temperature of around 120°C.

Embroidering delicate and stretchy fabrics: Cut a piece of Super Film of the required length from the roll and place it underneath the fabric to be embroidered. Stretch both layers tightly together within the embroidery hoop. After embroidering, carefully remove the excess film from around the design and trim it close to the edges. Melt away any remaining residue as described above.
