    The blind hem and lace foot for Pfaff coverlocks is an optional accessory that can be purchased for Pfaff coverlocks 3.0 and 4.0. The foot is used for sewing invisible hems or cuffs on knits and also for sewing lace.

     

    Blind hem: The hem is trimmed, hemmed and sewn in one step.

    Lace sewing: For sewing lace or borders and sewing them to the fabric in one step.

    Machine preparation:

    Differential

    Setting: to position "N"

    Needle: remove the left needle, use only the right one

    Stitch length: 3 or 4

    Thread tension: standard setting

    Fold the fabric and place it under the presser foot.

    How to sew:

    Use the adjustment wheel to adjust the guide plate left or right until the fold in the fabric is aligned with the needle.

    Sew so that the edge of the fabric is always aligned with the guide on the foot. Unfold the fabric and lightly iron from the wrong side.
