The Pfaff beading foot for overlocks is an optional accessory that can be purchased for the Pfaff Hobbylock 2.0 overlocks. The foot is used for sewing on beads, sequins, etc.

Preparing the machine when using the Pfaff beading foot for overlocks:

Needle: Left or right (left is preferable)

Stitch type: Three-thread overlock or wrapped overlock

Stitch length: 3 - 5 mm

Differential feed: Normal position

Upper knife: Working or inactive position

1. Select the sewing type, determine the needle position and sew 2 or 3 stitches.

2. Turn the handwheel so that the needle tip is at the height of the fabric when the needle moves upwards. Now insert the string with beads into the presser foot guide.

3. Sew 2-3 stitches by turning around.

4. Press the beads lightly onto the fabric with your left finger while sewing.

5. Sew the last few stitches by turning around by hand to prevent the beads from coming into contact with the needle and looper.
