Pfaff 820668096 Gathering Foot

Instructions for use:

1. Set your machine to a straight stitch and position the needle to the far left.

2. Place the fabric to be gathered under the presser foot so that the cut edge extends slightly beyond the right side of the foot. Slide the fabric that is not to be gathered fully into the slot in the foot. The fabrics should be placed right sides together.

3. Guide the fabric and allow the machine to feed the bottom layer freely to ensure even gathering.

TIP: Adjusting the stitch length will affect the fullness of the gathers. You can also gather a single layer of fabric by sliding it under the foot and adjusting the stitch length and thread tension to achieve the desired fullness.
