Instructions for use:
1. Thread regular sewing thread or decorative thread on top and regular sewing thread on bottom.
2. Select a straight, basting or decorative stitch. Avoid stitches with side movements and stitches with too much back and forth movement. Tip: For 6 mm wide embellishments, you can also use a 6 mm twin needle. Select a straight stitch, the twin needle will sew over the edges of the ribbon.
3. Insert the ribbon into the foot.
4. Attach the decorative foot.
5. Turn on the IDT system.
6. Sew carefully, not too fast. If your machine has a slow speed, use it. Depending on the type of fabric, you can use stabilizer.
7. You will achieve the best results with flat embellishments such as silk, velvet, satin or cotton ribbons.
