    The foot is used to sew two pieces of fabric together, the edge of one of which is gathered at the same time. It is necessary that the gathered fabric is pliable. The foot can be used for all Brother sewing machines, but Super Galaxie or Ace + sewing machines must be equipped with an adapter to lower the foot bar. This is an alternative, cheaper, tested version of the foot. This is not an original Brother foot.
