The switch is located in the lamp head so that you have the best possible access to turning the lamp on and off. Head ventilation prevents overheating and burning out of the bulb, ensuring a longer service life. This lamp does not have a built-in transformer, but the transformer is separate, which is better in the event of a transformer failure, you do not have to replace the entire lamp, but only the transformer.
