This type of edging is used to embellish items such as wedding dress trains, figure skating costumes, ballet skirts, and more.

Machine setup for using the Pfaff coverlock ruffled edge foot with cord guide:

1. Set the machine for a 3-thread rolled hem.

2. Attach the ruffled edge foot with cord guide.

3. Insert a 0.3 mm thick fishing line into the opening on the foot; the line will be enclosed within the rolled hem.

4. Begin sewing slowly. Ensure that the fishing line is being enclosed within the rolled hem as you sew.
