Transparent tracing paper (a thin, moldable film made of durable material) is used for redrawing and editing cuts.

Copying procedure: Place the paper on the cutting insert (cut) and tape the edge of the sheet to ensure it does not move. Use a tracing pen or waterproof marker to trace all the contours of the cut, darts, marks, arrows indicating the direction of the fiber, numerical marks and descriptions on the paper. Compare the copied cut with the overview of the cut parts. The cut copied onto the paper can be easily tried on the body, just tape the edges of the individual parts together with tape.

Important note: With coated high-tech fabrics or fabrics made of synthetic materials, there is a risk that the marker color will rub off, so always place the cut parts on the fabric with the unwritten side down.
